Filing Reimbursement Requests
Sometimes ships explode. Sometimes they explode because you warped your Procurer to a hostile Keepstar. This guide will help you know when to file for reimbursement.
Eligible Losses
- Fleet ops where the FC yelled "JUMP JUMP JUMP" and you bravely obeyed.
- Approved doctrine ships on sanctioned fleets.
- Accidental smartbombs from the CEO.
Not Eligible
- Solo ratting Nyx.
- That time you autopiloted through Tama.
- Anything involving mining Ventures. Always Ventures.
How to Request
- Go to the Reimbursement category in the helpdesk.
- Provide killmail link and FC name.
- Do not write “lag killed me” — we all know that’s code for “I messed up.”
Reimbursements are paid out in ISK, tears, or both.
