Guidelines

Provide a concise subject, a detailed description of the issue, any relevant timestamps, error messages, and steps you have already tried. Avoid sharing passwords or secrets.

All tickets are addressed within 24 hours, unless it’s a Friday night fleet, in which case your issue will be solved sometime between now and the next Keepstar timer.
